We're planning on packing our belongings into our back shed and using it as a base for road-trips. This means we'll return here from time to time and will camp in the shed for short periods. Our intention is to travel further and further away — the more confident we are that our house and tenant are happy, the longer we'll stay away.
So we're seeking caretakers for our large home that's perfect for a growing family. It's got room for all the kids and is placed on 2/3 of an acre within an easy commute of either the Brisbane or Gold Coast CBDs.
We'd like to see a nice family living in our home while we're away. We're more interested in finding someone who loves our property and will maintain the garden and house satisfactorily than getting top rental dollar. A realistic rental estimate for our property would be over $450/week. We're asking $300/week.
